据了解，本次选拔赛将通过横贯粤桂琼三省区、聚焦北部湾城市群的文化创意活动，选拔出最优秀的“冼夫人文化宣传大使”，使冼夫人文化得到更好的传承与发展，为新中国70华诞谱写华丽乐章。本次大赛分为分赛区决赛、总赛区半决赛、总赛区决赛三个阶段，最终选出“冼夫人文化宣传大使”10名，其中，冠、亚、季军各一名，海选时间大约在10月中下旬。赛事共分5个赛区，分别为茂名、阳江、广西、海南、广州。届时，通过组织相关赛事，将邀请本地、省级选美赛事评委、明星嘉宾评委等，考评选手的综合素质和各方面能力，包括体态条件、文化艺术基本素养、表演能力、智慧潜质、职业素养、创造能力、纪律性、团队协作与冼夫人文化和“好心”文化人文特质的吻合度，最后采取专家评判投票、微信投票、网络投票等方式，对参赛选手进行层层选拔，评选出大赛各大奖项。
